Mail is sent by the 25th of the previous month (ex: June’s letter ships May 25th) with letter postage, no tracking.
Arrives in 1-2 weeks in the USA and 2-3 weeks internationally. -
First-time subscribers must sign up by the 22nd in order to receive the next month's print.
If there are extras available,
there will be a late subscription order shipped on the 10th of next month.Ex: If you sign up before May 22nd, you will receive June’s print. If you sign up on May 23rd or later, you may not receive your first print until July (unless there are extras). Late subscriptions will be sent out on June 10th.
After the first month, you will receive all mail with the rest of the community.

To manage your subscription, log in to your account and click "subscription" to cancel your monthly payment. If you lost your account login, request a new password by clicking “account” at the top of your browser.

When you sign up for snail mail & our digital newsletter we manually sign you up for our exclusive paid substack. You will receive both the physical and digital versions every month.
You can opt to sign up for the digital version only by going to our Substack page.

If it's been 3 weeks (US) or 5 weeks (International), use the contact form to let us know that you have not received your mail.
Please note if the original address given is different from the new address for the lost mail, we will not fulfill the order.
